Separate forms have been enclosed in the case of your child wishing to join more than one club. It is vital that all children are collected promptly from after school clubs at 4:30pm. From term 2 ie 1st Nov clubs will end at 4:15pm due to the darker evenings.
From next week your child will bring home a permission slip for you to sign for AFTER SCHOOL clubs which permits them to stay on the premises after normal school hours. No child will be allowed to stay for the after school clubs without written permission from the parent or carer.
NB There will be no discount in fees for children who attend the after school care club if they attend the above extra curriculum clubs.

The clubs will all begin from Monday 25th January 2010.
Breakfast club runs every morning from 8:00 to 8:45am - £2.00 per session
After school club runs from 3:30 to 6:00pm
£5.00 from 3:30 to 4:30pm
£5.50 from 3:30 to 5:30pm
£6.00 from 3:30 to 6:00pm
